- Greenbean is an online wholesaler and delivers nationwide via courier, door to door. Should you wish to collect an order from our warehouse, this can be arranged. Warehouse to door deliveries is delivered to the address, not the person. i.e. if the person is not available. The order may be left with a person at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
- Greenbean does not deliver via the post office except by special request. Delivery to farms or rural areas will incur surcharges.
- It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for the courier company to contact you during delivery hours.
- All orders are sent packed in boxes or flyer bags.
- A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch from our warehouse.
- Whilst every effort is made to pack your order carefully, Greenbean is not liable for any damages that may occur to goods in transit. Any losses must be reported to the courier company and if packages cannot be located for any reason, a claim must be lodged by the customer with the courier company. Greenbean accepts no liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
- The below categories are offered to you at checkout based on your area code. Greenbean will from time to time offer promotional shipping rates, for example, free delivery for certain products.

- Any order placed online with the incorrect shipping label selected will be held back and the customer will be informed of the error, Greenbean won't dispatch until full settlement of any additional shipping charge has been paid.

- Greenbean reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time in line with any increases from the courier company.
- in the case where the incorrect label is selected on check out Greenbean reserves the right to amend the delivery charge and we will ask for payment of the difference before dispatching.

Note: Some items that are heavier or larger than the standard weight or volumetric weight, may carry additional delivery fees. These additional fees are included in the shipping cost upon checkout. Additional shipping volumetric costs are broken down below:

- Once payment has been received we will email the invoice to you. Your order will then be packed and dispatched via courier or made ready for collection.
- Payments made after 1 pm will be allocated to the following working day.
- Please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of payment for orders to be made ready for dispatch.
- A tracking code will be emailed once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- For collection customers, a unique collection code will be emailed to you when your order is ready for collection. - Please make note of our collections times - 8:30AM-4:00PM
- Delivery time is based on delivery address for each order from when proof payment is received, Gauteng 1-2 working days, Red Zone (see Fastway for areas) 1-3 working days, Orange (Western Cape/Eastern Cape) 2-4 working days, Grey 2-6 working days
- Should a package not be delivered through no fault of Fastway (e.g. no-one on-premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address), Fastway will attempt a second delivery. If this is still unsuccessful, Fastway will attempt to contact you via phone/mobile to arrange delivery. If Fastway is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse and checked back into stock. You will be refunded the amount for the products excluding the original delivery fee and a handling charge of 15%.

Orders for larger volumes or items not currently in stock can be arranged. Please contact Greenbean via email or telephone.
If you’re not happy with your order and wish to return any items Greenbean will refund all orders returned within 5 business days. Greenbean aims to process all refunds within 7 working days from arrival of returned goods. A handling fee equal to 15% of the total value of returns processed maybe be imposed subject to the nature of the return and is at the discretion of management.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and restocking charges are not refundable unless the product is faulty, or it is the incorrect product.
The Not-So-Fine Print
Return requests will be approved at the discretion of Greenbean Learning Resources.
Products will not be eligible for return if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property. This includes products that have been worn or damaged.
Products removed from their packaging and returned without packaging will not be refunded
Please note that items arriving after the 5 working day return deadline may not be accepted and can be returned to sender.

In the case of incorrect/damaged/faulty – exchanges or replacements are the responsibility of Greenbean and the relevant supplier. Please notify us of the incorrect/damaged/faulty within 48 hours of receipt of the product after such time has elapsed, Greenbean has the right to no longer accept the return.
